are mobile repairs all that you offer?

Although mobile repairs are our specialty, we also provide in house services at our local shop.

do you do oil changes?

Sorry but no, we currently do not offer any chassis maintenance or repairs. This includes engine repair and maintenance, transmission repair and maintenance, windshield repairs and maintenance, and tire and wheel repairs.

do you honor extended warranty contracts?

Yes! We just ask you have your contract number available when a tech gets on site or when unit gets dropped off for service. (Please note that all contracts are different and Adventure Rv is not responsible for denies in contract claims.)

How far will you travel for a mobile repair?

Typically we like to stay within a 30 mile radius but we will travel out further if needed.

How much would the travel fee be?

Mobile Fee: The technician charges a starting fee of $150 depending on the distance for their service.

Hourly Rate: An additional charge of $150 per hour (ONE HOUR MIN) .

However, if parts are unavailable and the technician needs to leave the location to obtain them, this could add additional time and cost, as the technician is required to travel for parts and then resume work once they have them.

do you charge for estimates?

We do not charge for estimates, however, if we have to make a trip to you for the estimate there will be a Travel/Service Fee charge. If the unit is brought to the shop there would be no charge for estimate.
